Themes: Linked text color

Add the ability in Themes to set the font color for linked text. I see you can now change the underline style, the color of the underline itself, and have the text become it's own button, but just setting the color or boldness of the text would be nice.

In the story maps I build, whenever I create hyperlinked text, I go back and highlight and change the font color to a bright blue so it stands out (#000FFF). This changes the text color and the underline itself. Some of our sections have numerous citations so this becomes cumbersome as you can see below.
