StoryMap Legend Popup

I think the new StoryMaps would benefit greatly from the ability to select an option to have the legend of the map automatically show, and for it to remain visible without hovering over the icon. When presenting complex maps it would be helpful for the audience to be able to examine the legend items while concurrently navigating the map.

Just wanted to know the prioritization of this feature relative to others right now. What can be done to expedite the feature?
