Enable Font size change in StoryMap Collections introduction section

Hello,

In the Storymap collections word introduction section, the font size cannot be customized as Header 1, Header 2, Normal text. If this could be enabled in the Storymap collection, it would be helpful for readers to better navigate through and get a brief overview of the whole collection.

@Zhanchao_Yang - We don't have plans to add any additional formatting to the description at this time, but we will continue to monitor this idea for additional support from others.

One possible workaround you could consider would be to use bold text to simulate section headers.
