Bulleted Points within Explorer Map Tour

Within a Story Map Explorer map tour - there should be the ability to create a bulleted list.  Currently you can do so outside the actual tour (see below).  However, within the map tour itself there is no option.  I'm trying to do a map tour of parks and wanted to do a bulleted list of all amenities present for each park.  However, that is not a option.  You also cannot copy/paste a bulleted list from another document nor even from within the same map to the map tour area.  It will show up when you paste it -and say you saved it - but then it deletes it after you publish/refresh your map.

Although the formatting toolbar is not available in map tour descriptions, the ability to add lists via keyboard shortcuts was added in June 2023. For more information, see What's new in ArcGIS StoryMaps (June 2023)
