Allow Recreation of Previous Shortlist Configurable Apps

My organization created some tours using the Shortlist template before I joined which I am confident they would like to keep going in the new Storymaps form. Currently, the explorer and guided tour modules are the closest to the old Shortlist template. However, they do not allow use of organizational basemaps (used frequently in my organization's apps), tabbed lists (shown in the first link), or more than 100 entries (both links have more than 100 entries). Any progress towards achieving these options would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @AlyssaFarrier -- Thanks for sharing your ideas for the explorer tour.

Please note that the ability to use your own basemap is currently available in map tours. Just go into the tour's Map options and Browse more maps. There is currently a requirement for the basemap to be in web mercator projection.
