Hi All, I have configured my version of the Request Management Solution and its looking amazing. I have a question about the "File Upload" section on the form. Has anyone experienced issues with this option creating data storage issues for Enterprise Portal? I'm concerned that if everyone tries to add a file or huge image (size wise), that the database will "blow up" or create other issues.

Has anyone instigated an achieve process for completed tasks to reduce the size of the database from storing these files? Thanks.

I believe you can limit the size of uploads using parameters in Survey123 Connect. But after the request is processed, I do not know of a way to compress attachments. I believe even if you delete the attachments, they are technically still in the database when using hosted feature services. I think ArcGIS Online/Enterprise just marks the record as "deleted" and no longer shows it to the user. I have read of complaints from users being unable to reclaim disk space after "cleaning up" large, hosted feature services. I think there are some database commands you can run outside of ArcGIS software, but that is unsupported and always risky.
