I’ve been considering the best approach for a problem at hand, and here’s the outline:
I have one database coming from a Survey123, and I’d like to add a second database (this could be a CSV file, a layer, or possibly even another survey). This second database would act as a parameters list, asking for each year's updated values for respective parameters.
The goal is to perform a set of consistent calculations each year using new data from the survey (such as consumption values) combined with the parameters in this second database. I’d like these calculations to automatically update with each year's new values.
What would be the best approach? I’m currently considering using Data Pipelines, or ModelBuilder in ArcGIS Pro, or even setting up a Notebook.
