GIS Service Center - GIS Activities Dashboard Update tab

We deployed the GIS Service Center on our Portal.  I swear when I was putting fake records in to test it, the Update tab worked, but now when I try to update a submitted request the View tab works, but the Update tab is blank.  I can edit the data in the Survey123 window, so it is indeed editable, but it can't seem to find the record going through the dashboard I guess?  I didn't change the URL or anything.

Any suggestions or breadcrumbs for me?

@KimberlyMeinert - Are you accessing the dashboard in Chrome by chance? Can you check if it works in Firefox/Edge?

FYI, there is a known issue with accessing embedded forms in ArcGIS Dashboards apps following the Chrome 142 update.

Thank you!  It didn't work in Edge either, which further comments in that thread you posted mentioned that might be the case with  their own updates, but I could see the form in Firefox.  I tried the work-around in Chrome and I could then see the form.  However, it told me I couldn't access the data in the form until I made the service public, which seems odd. I had set all the sharing settings as suggested in the setup doc and was signed in as our admin user, but that might be a quirk in how we had to install and setup Survey123 on Portal.  It works for now though, so thanks @DanielWickens !

Hmm okay, that does seem odd. Reviewing some of the replies on the other thread, users mentioned that the error occurs for intranet users but not public users. This could be what you're seeing as well, but setting the “Local Network Access Checks” from Default to ‘Disabled’ should've fixed that? I'm not exactly sure, but if you're okay with keeping the Survey123 form public, that's a good workaround.

Yep, we're going to just roll with it until we upgrade to 12.1 in a month or two and see what happens then.  Thanks again. 🙂
