GIS Request Management - Fields alias updates

I am deploying GIS Request Management solution to ArcGIS Online for the first time. When i first install it there are 4 surveys visible in Survey123 Connect. If I make no changes and publish each of them, I am presented with a screen like this asking me to update the Field aliases:

However, I am in an endless cycle between GIS Activity and GIS Service Request because publishing and updating the aliases in one breaks the other. 

How is this resolved?

@OliverIshmael - We recommend ignoring the warning and publishing the surveys without updating the field aliases. Otherwise you could run into the issues of Survey123 Connect spinning as you've described.
