Fire Pre-Plan Guide

Greetings,

I am an Analyst with a local Jurisdiction and our Fire Chief was very interested in deploying the Fire Pre-Plan Solution.  We currently have the Accreditation Solution deployed and was curious as to why the Pre-Plan didn't have a Pro Project like guide with the built in Pro Task.  Can anyone assist me in guiding me to properly configure the solution?  Thank you in advance, all help is greatly appreciated.

Our solutions are really defined by the workflow.  Fire Accreditation requires many hard copy maps and graphs that typically get submitted in a hard copy report that is submitted, with several in depth spatial analysis thus ArcGIS Pro and tasks work well.  Pre-Incident Planning is a workflow that is primarily done on site and with a program managers who check and monitor status so web based applications paired with Field Maps support that workflow.
