I'm setting up the Citizen Problem Reporter solution for our highway group, and I would like to use a polygon to define the extent that users can place a point, so they don't put points on right of way that are out of our jurisdiction.
I'm familiar with this functionality from a version of the Crowdsource Reporter solution deployed at my previous workplace for the same purpose. It included an option to define an "uneditable polygon layer" to achieve this.
Is this functionality available and I am just not seeing it? If it is not currently available, is there a plan for its release, and if so, when? @ChrisFox
