Disable panning and drag a symbol marker

[develop in C++, not QML]

I'm trying to allow user to drag and move a symbol marker. So  I would like to disable panning the map.

It seems that there are no such function of Map or MapGraphicView class in 100.x.

How can I accomplish this? Should I do like Disable panning ?
