License for game using ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android

I am currently developing a game using ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Android and National Geographic base map from ArcGIS Online.
That is an educational game, totally free to end-user.
Am I allowed to distribute that game in Google Play with the current Runtime SDK license?
Which copyright text should be present in the about screen of the app for SDK and for National Geographic World Map?

Applications built with ArcGIS Runtime Basic do not require deployment licenses and can be deployed for free.
ArcGIS Runtime SDKs for Smartphones and Tablets can be downloaded at no cost from the Esri Resource Center.

so you pay deployment if you Applications is built with ArcGIS Runtime Standard & ArcGIS Runtime Standard Extensions
