I generated a token to clear the REST cache, but now I can't get access to REST

I am new to ArcGIS server, (v10.0)

I updated a map service today but I could not see it on the service directory.

I followed the instruction online, and generated a token to clear the cache, it worked, and I used the map service to create a web application successfully.

But later I went home and found that my application could not find the map service, and my browser could not find the REST url either. I can still login ArcGIS server using my admin account, could anyone help?:)

And now when I try the application on line, it shows the following error message:

"Layername layer failed to load: Fault code: Channel.Security.Error
Fault info: Security error accessing url
Fault details: Destination: DefaultHTTP

REST still not working,

anyone knows what's going on? 🙂
