Hello. I have an AGOL Quickcapture app configured for road patrols where polyline segments (vehicle "tracks") are collected representing different road conditions. I'm having an issue where Quickcapture will randomly throw the "Failed to send records" message. Once the message appears, trying the "Try Again" option never works.

However, even though the end-user is getting the "Failed to send" message, the original record did in fact successfully get sent to AGOL because I can see it in the feature layer. Not only that, but there are also dupliciate records showing up from subsequently hitting "Try again" multiple times.

Cellular connectivity in our area is not an issue. The size of the AGOL feature layer size is 172MB with 2,200 records, so don't think that's an issue either.

Ideas?

Thanks,

Denis

FYI - if anyone else is having these issues. Looks like the latest Qc update should help:

@DenisLalonde

Could you get the user to choose the option to send via email when they see the error? This will generate a database (.qcr format) with the unsent features and error messages. Please send the file to QuickCapture@esri.com and I'll review and let you know what the issue is.

Thanks
John
