Can someone please give me some pointers on how to resolve this:

The features are all shared to our enterprise system.

Pushing Share items (the error goes away but still doesn't let me save).

What am I not understanding in: 'The following items are not shared with project user' ? And how do I share with project users since Project User Inputs are limited to 3.

The documentation is difficult for me to find.

Thanks for your help.

Hi TempSueBoelk,

First, inspect the sharing settings for each of the three layers that are listed in your QC_Error.jpg message.

  • HazMat Spill Line
  • HazMat QRT Area
  • HazMat Data

Clicking through on each of those links should open their item details page. From the details page, click on sharing. Then, choose to share those three layers with your project users. Once you've set those layers to be shared with any QuickCapture user who needs permission to access that data, then you shouldn't see that error message again. Most often, people choose to create a group for their QuickCapture members, then, they share all necessary items to that group. That makes it easier to share items with specific users, on a case by case basis.

If you don't own those three layers, you might need to reach out to the creator/owner or your organization's Admin, and ask them to change the sharing settings for you.

Here's some additional documentation for sharing items that may be helpful.
