Removing a project: While looking at the project gallery, tap on the information button of the project you want to remove. This will open the project details page. The delete button is located in the top-right corner.
Sorting and filtering projects in your gallery: It is not possible to filter or sort projects in the gallery at the moment. Feel free to add an entry inhttps://community.esri.com/community/arcgis-ideas to see if other users feel the same way. You can also submit an official Enhancement Request via Esri Technical Support.
