We use the quickcapture app to collect point data outside celluar/wifi range. Recently, we have had this issue when we complete our data collection, a partial amount of the data will be lost when we connect to wifi and sync the data. For example, this last data collection event when reviewing data collected in app before connecting to wifi, said we collected 250 data points. once we connected to wifi, it said there were only 101 data points to sync. the app didnt crash nor was it ever closed. checked the feature layer on AGOL and confirmed the 149 other points were lost, no where to be found, with no apparent rhyme or reason. This doesnt happen all the time, but so far has happened twice in the last few weeks. We have not changed anything with fields of the feature layer or the quickcapture project, nothing with the workflow has been altered. Does anyone have insight on what could be happening?

We routinely collect data in areas outside cellular/internet range and have found that we get issues with data loss if we don't activate our devices airplane mode first (in this case iPads). It also creates issues with connecting to our external GNSS devices. You might want to try turning airplane mode on and seeing if it helps?
