How can add two, three or more point feature layer in app?

I need to collect from different point feature layer in the app, I don't know how to add the same feature layer and get it to show up in the app.  Example: I need to capture the lights along the road, and I will also capture signs, those are point layers and I don't know how to add the class feature layer to show in the app.

Hi. You can add as many layers and feature services as you like into a QuickCapture project. Points, lines, polygons or a combination of those.
