Field users are logging data by streaming points and phone signal in the area is patchy. The app is set to auto send every 10 minutes.
Users are reporting they have hundreds of data points on their phones even through the data has hit the system. The data points do not 'send' when the user asks them to as the database returns a duplicate key error. This makes sense as the data has already hit the database.
I have extracted the data from the QCR file and plotted it and the points relate to areas of little/no signal. The app is not acknowledging it has sent data points collected offline.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? The data points not 'sent' date back weeks.
Our current work around is to ask each user to use the 'send via email' option and then delete the project and redownload it.
@VickyS - can you confirm if you are using ArcGIS Enterprise and if so, what is the version you are on?
Hi Jonathan, We are running ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4. I configure Quick Capture projects using ArcGIS Online but the services it writes to are running on ArcGIS Enterprise.
