Hi there. We have a QuickCapture project for collecting potholes as they are filled by field crews. We have been using this workflow for over a year and recently upgraded the tablets to Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.4's. Now we are running into an issue where QuickCapture is automatically closing because it's causing the battery to overheat. I've tried adjusting the frequency that QuickCapture sends data to 15 minutes and I've also tried turning on the battery saver mode in the QuickCapture settings. We have 2 crews that currently using the same workflow and both are having the same problem. Any help would be appreciated!
