Now that we can create offline areas in web map item Settings in ArcGIS Online, streamline the use of these offline areas in Quick Capture. For example, when you choose a web map in Quick Capture that has offline areas created, create the the ability for the app to "see" and download those offline areas straight to the device, similar to Survey123 and Field Maps. This would greatly simplify the process of using basemaps offline. As of July 2025, the current workflow still appears to be to create a tpk of the basemap, load that to a project in ArcGIS Pro, overlay base vector data, package as an mmpk, upload the to AGOL (costs credits), then choose it in Quick Capture, then download it to the device.
