(Implemented) Adjust screen split size

It would be nice to be able to adjust the % of the screen devoted to the map and the buttons when in landscape mode on a tablet. The current 50/50 split is a little unnecessary and it would be nice to be able to devote more of the screen space to the map e.g 25/75

Implemented in 1.13. The divider between the project buttons and map can be adjusted by sliding.
