Register custom dockpane as editing dockpane

Hallo community,

in some dockpanes like "Create Features", "Modify Features" the undo / redo is enabled. In most cases, however, it is disabled. How can I register my own dockpane so that when it's active I can undo and redo? Have i to implement a specific interface?
