Trying to install ArcGIS Pro 2, getting error ArcGIS Pro (8933) This program has got corrupted internal data: it will exit. Please obtain a new copy. The laptop is running Windows 7 64 bit. Have tried downloading another copy, no change. User does have other ArcGIS products installed as well.
Are you downloading the software from My Esri site? Ensure the size of the downloaded application is same as that shown in My Esri site.
You could also contact your local Esri Distributor for a copy of ArcGIS Pro. If you still face any challenges installing ArcGIS Pro, you need to contact Esri Tech Support for help.
