Visualizing Vegetation Data Collected in the Field

I have vegetation data (number of species, % cover, etc) sampled across several study plots with different treatments. Is there a way to visualize these data in ArcPro for the sampled plots and then to use the sample plot data to extrapolate across each study plot? I believe this would be done with Raster Data, but I not know where to start.

You have to collect field data locations with GPS and get them to GIS as a
layer. For that, you have to select the base map layer too. Then you can
add new fields to the attribute table to add your field data.
