So I downloaded a couple of NetCDF files from NOAA.

Now the nc files work fine with tools like the "Merge Multidimensional Rasters" i.e., the tool accepts the input nc files.

However when I try to display the nc data via the "Visualize Space Time Cube in 2D/3D" tool, it throws the following error:

Error 110003 air.sfc.mon.mean.nc is not a valid Space Time Cube.

How can this be fixed in Pro 3.1? Cheers!

It's not 4D space, it's a warping of 3D space and 1D time. That's a minor distinction, but is visualisable by imagining a video of a 3D object. The time dilation is difficult to conceptualization anyway though.

@Robert_LeClair any clue on as to why the tool is not accepting the NetCDF file even though the same file works fine with the "Merge Multidimensional Raster"

Hi Ed - apologies for the tardy response - teaching classes!  So I found this page that explains the error code and a solution.  So question - did you run the Create Space Time Cube GP tool yet?
