I am developing an ArcGIS Pro Add-In with Visual Studio 2022 for Pro 3.3, when I debug everything works fine. But when I close Pro, the process goes to the background in task manager and stays there forever. When I open Pro normally without debugging and close it afterwards, I can see in the task manager that the process is going from App to the Background state and shortly after it is gone.
Why does the process hang after closing the Pro Window, in case of debugging it?
That is even the case when I disable all Add-Ins.
