I am trying to use maps created online in the Vector Tile Style Editor as a set of basemaps for my organization to be used online and in Pro. I have shared the Feature Tile Layers with the Basemap group and my organization and most of them can be used in Portal by my entire organization. There are a few that are showing as a broken link for other people within the organization but it will work for me the creator of the basemaps when I portal them from the basemap group. What could possibly be the cause of this?
I have already tried to change the sharing settings again to see if that would help but has not changed anything. Any tips would be much appreciated!
