Upload gdb connected to OLE DB Connection to ArcGIS Online?

I have a geodatabase of bike lanes in a state. Each bike lane has information connected to it like managing city, county, address, length, etc. This information exists in a Microsoft Access database. I used the OLE DB Connection in ArcGIS Pro to connect the access database to the layer of bike lanes.

I would like to upload this to ArcGIS Online and be able to continuously update the bike lane data over time via the Access Database. Is there a best way to do this? Or do I need to move out of Access?

For example, when adding a new bike lane, the steps are as follows:

1. Add new bike lane code that corresponds to city (e.g. 22115 for a new bike lane in Sacramento)

2. In ArcGIS pro, draw the new bike lane manually based off GPS data

3. Add the bike lane code to the attribute table (joined to a table in access)

4. Bike lane code auto populates remaining attributes tied to that specific code.

Ideally, I want this to not only update the existing map in ArcGIS Pro, but also, update a web layer of those bike lanes.
