Upgrading Pro and AI packages

I am thinking of upgrading ArcGIS Pro 3.1 to 3.2 so will all the object detection associated packages like PyTorch and etc. will get automatically updated as well if need be, right? Or will I have to set them up myself again following this tutorial?
