Update existing datasource with URL not from ArcGIS Enterprise

Hello

I have an ArcGIS Pro doc that currently references a Feature Service published from AGS and proxied through AGO - so as to be able to embed security credentials. When building the Pro doc I connected to AGO and pulled in the proxied FS.

I need to update the source of this doc's layers to instead point directly at the AGS FS's and enter a new username and password, bypassing AGO all together.

It's easy to add these FS's as new data to Pro, but when attempting to edit an existing datasource my only option is to go through ArcGIS Online/Portal. I don't want to, I simply want to paste in a new URL and enter a new username and password:
