Hello,

Has anyone else had Pro automatically add the text "<LINK>" and "</LINK>" before and after a URL that is in a text box? I have 3.3.1 - not sure if this is a bug, or if there is an option to not have this included? I deleted this text, but it keeps appearing even after deleting.

Thank you!

Hi!

Hyperlink support was introduced in ArcGIS Pro 3.1, that's what those LINK tags are. You can absolutely get rid of them though!

Go to edit the text inline, put your cursor within the hyperlink and use Ctrl +K to bring up the hyperlink dialog. Then you can remove the link. You can also get to the hyperlink dialog through the context menu or the Text ribbon.

If you prefer to use tags, you can change the LINK tag to NOLINK.

<NOLINK>https://esri.com</NOLINK>

Learn more about hyperlinks in the Edit text help topic.

Cheers,
