Unexpected result exporting selected points to new feature class

Hello Community,

My colleague just noticed that when exporting a small selection (four) of points from an existing feature class (drag select, Data > Export Features), the resulting feature class includes all points with full attribution, but rather than being placed where they were in the source, two of them have inexplicably been stacked on top of one of the others.

I was unable to reproduce this result on my machine.

ArcGIS Pro 3.1.0
Local (C:) data sources
No definition queries or other filters applied
Default Export Features settings

In this case you might try first doing Feature Class To Feature Class on the original feature class and then using Data > Export Features on the resulting feature with the desired points selected.
