Unable to unpack ArcGIS Pro 2.8 (ArcGISPro_28_177688.exe) Error code: -2147467259

I've just downloaded ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and when I try to unpack it I get the error:

An unexpected error occurred while unpacking file(s). Error code: -2147467259

This happens on 3 different systems I've tried it on, both Windows 10 clients and on a Windows Server 2016 system.

I've tried running the exe as both a regular user and as an admin user with escalated privileges. 

I've tried unpacking the file to numerous locations.

Any ideas?   Thanks.

Did the setup get downloaded completely? Check the size of the downloaded file.

Download again, if necessary.

The file was the correct size, but I downloaded it again anyway and it's now unpacked.  Weird!

Glad it worked. Something might have broken just before the finish line.😅
