Unable to import MXD into Arcgis PRO

I try to import a mxd from ArcGIS 9 (I only have ArcGISpro installed in my laptop) to ArcGIS Pro and got a error message saying "Unable to import". The other mxd Projects can be opened.  I read on GIS forum that MXD DOCTOR tool can be used in ArcMap. Can you please help with this issue?

Nohane - MXD Doctor is installed with ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap and ArcCatalog).  If you have ArcMap/ArcCatalog installed on your PC, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArcGIS\Desktop10.8\tools and you'll see the MXDDoctor.exe located there.  Run the *.exe and MXDDoctor will analyze the *.mxd for any fixable errors and create a new *.mxd file.
