UK Data Loader: What is the oldest AddressBase Premium I can use?

Hi All,

I have ArcGIS Pro 2.8 and UK Data Loader 6, Can someone help me to know  what is the oldest data I can use for AddressBase Premium and OS MasteMap Topography tool?  Example I have data dump of 2016 and for some reason I'll not be able to get the latest data.
