I have a personal use license for ArcGis Pro. I am a novice, starting from zero, no experience. I have what seems to me a very simple project. I want to use Google Maps as a base map and then collect points on the base map. Then I want to save the base map and continue to add points to it over time.
Does anyone have a suggestion to help me to get started and to get to work in the field?
Thanks
Hi Rabesri!
Check esri training. I took a class called creating a web map in ArcGIS Pro. https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/6010a56c03ffb92c80d3d375/creating-a-web-map-in-arcgis-pro/
And another called Sharing Maps and Layers with ArcGIS Pro. https://www.esri.com/training/catalog/57630436851d31e02a43f0eb/sharing-maps-and-layers-with-arcgis-p...
Check the training catalog. There's also a Field Maps designer course which I think will be very helpful to you.
Since you're a first time poster, welcome to the community!
In addition to Ronald's recommendations, there is the Learn ArcGIS website with many FREE training opportunities.
