I'm trying to understand why there are significant visualization differences in the same voxel layer when viewed continuously vs. discretely. Below are two example screenshots.
Voxel layer in continuous mode
Voxel layer in discrete mode
My voxel layer was generated from an EBK 3D model of geologic textures in well data (represented as 3 simplified integer values 1=clay, 2=mixed, 3=sand). My end goal is to have a continuous voxel layer with full coverage of the voxel project area as it is represented in the discrete view. The voxel layer was created with 250mx250m x,y and 5ft elevation spacing and clipped between a top of bedrock elevation raster and land surface elevation raster.
Is there a particular reason why not all x,y,z gridded data are represented/displayed in continuous mode?
