Transforming coordinates from WGS 1984 to Moon 2000

I wonder if there is a way to transform the coordinates from WGS 1984 to Moon 2000. I am mapping two layers in ArcGIS Pro that should be overlapped but are showing with an offset. If I try to use the "Project Raster" geoprocessing tool, there is no option for geographic transformation. Basically, the tool will run but will not display the layer in the correct location.
