Topology rules not catching dangles

Hello,

Does anyone have an explanation for this behavior? When checking topology as shown below, every location circled in green is not being flagged as an error. These lines are in the same feature class, and I would expect there to be some type of error flagged as the line selected in blue is not segmented in those locations.  All the rules being used are shown below.  Thoughts? Thank you!

Question:  Is this a geodatabase topology or a utility network "topology?"

Hi @Robert_LeClair, it is a geodatabase topology, do you have any suggestions?

Okay - thx.  So let's do this.  Delete the gdb topology.  Create a new gdb topology for the TRLEXPORT line FC and just one topology rule - must not have dangles.  I'm wonder if all the gdb rules for the single TRLEXPORT FC is blocking it from finding the dangles.

@Robert_LeClair thanks for the suggestion. We ended up figuring out the issue, we were missing "Must not intersect or touch interior with". That catches the errors we were expecting to find. Thank you!
