Hi @Navaneeth21, I've moved this post to the ArcGIS Pro Questions area. Can you review the 'Messages' tab in the error box (shown in your screenshot)? This will show you additional error messages to help you resolve the problem.

I'm new to the ArcGIS Pro and currently doing a project on location optimization and allocation of EV charging stations. I'm attaching the error message along.
Hi @Navaneeth21, it sounds like there's a problem with the Network Dataset. Can you work through the steps in this support article? Error: The network dataset has no edge elements. It may be unbuilt (esri.com)
Ok let me check. Thank you.
I'm trying to do a site location analysis to find new locations for a food bank in impoverished areas that have a lot of population. But I have been looking up through several videos and I tried Location-allocation but that uses points instead of polygons?
Does anyone have advice?
To use points, convert your impoverished areas polygons to a point feature class. The point feature class would represent the number of people in that area. Hope this helps!
