The display effect changed when Multi-Directional Hillshade was exported as TIF

I used the Multi-Directional Hillshade tool in Raster Function to generate a hillshade, but this hillshade only exists in this project file currently opened, so I exported it as a TIF raster, but the exported hillshade becomes darker, and completely different from the directly generated one. I checked the display parameters of both rasters, they are exactly the same, what is the reason for this? How can I export a copy of Multi-Directional Hillshade with no changes?
