ArcgisPro3.0 failed to open ArcGISPro 2.x projects

ArcGIS Pro 3.0 does not open some projects saved in ArcGis Pro 2.x. ArcGIS 3 remains indefinitely opening the project and produces no error messages (loading map...). Could it be because the project contains excel sheets?

The task manager shows: Argis pro 3.0/Aragon_COVID_202_21 (poject)/ExceltoSQLite64

Any solution?
