Edited; ArcGIS Pro 3.1.1

Why do ArcGIS Pro error messages say [Success] ?

The same thing happens in geoprocessing tool errors too.

I haven't had a task failed successfully message on PRO, but I'm on 2.9.5. Last time an Arcgis task failed successfully message came up for me was Arcmap 10.5. Did your add table row function actually add the new row with this message as it appears in your screenshot or did it fail for what you were expecting and it is just telling you it failed successfully?

Haha.

Did your add table row function actually add the new row?

No.

Is it just telling you it failed successfully?

Yes.

Here's another example:

Source: Provide older versions of ST_GEOMETRY .dll in My Esri downloads

I get that message when I try to enable the ST_GEOMETRY spatial type in an Oracle database version that isn't supported by ArcGIS.
