Sync all ArcGIS Pro settings between multiple devices (or at least copy from one to another)

Hello everyone, I work in ArcGIS Pro on two desktop devices (PC and laptop) and I am often troubled by the different program settings on each device. For example, Favorite catalog items (servers, folders, notebooks etc.), items in the Quick Access Toolbar, default Scene coordinate system, custom Panes layout, favorite GP Tools, or custom symbology styles.

Is there any way to copy all of these settings from one device to another? Or even keep the settings in constant sync?

Thanks a lot!
Vojta

EDIT: I found this link but I think it doesn't do everything I want...

For the Quick Access toolbar, you can export/import this configuration file by going to the Project tab->Options->Customize the Ribbon and bottom right of the UI, click Import/Export to save the current ribbon and Quick Access toolbar configurations.

Thank you all for your tips. I am currently testing both. So far I noticed that Project Templates do not preserve the Views and Panes layout. But there is already a separate idea for that, so I encourage to give it some kudos.
