Hi, why would the Sun Shadow Volume tool not be licensed for me? I am running ArcGIS Pro 2.6.1 (updating now) with an Advanced Named User license. I am able to use other 3D Analyst tools, including others in the Visibility toolbox like Viewshed.

Yes, got all that but it was coming up as not licensed so that I couldn't even enter input features. But I ran the patch update to Pro & re-logged in this morning & it looks good now.  Thanks!

Sun Shadow Volume (3D Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

and you have...

The multipatch features that will be used to model shadows. Polygon and line features can also be used if they are added as an extruded 3D layer.

There is no license limit since you have 3D
