Dear Community,

I want to join points (join feature) to raster (target) one to one based on their spatial relationship to count the number of points in each raster cell. But the 'Spatial Join Analysis Tool' doesn't work with raster.
I wonder if any other method is applicable for this goal.

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Software version: ArcGIS Pro 2.9.1

will not produce a cell, but a zone of cells

HI Dan, Hi Soleil:

For this special case the Point2Raster tool (with the count option for the cell assignment parameter) might be more efficient. (And then use raster 2 polygon with a selection expression to get cell polygons with non-zero counts...)
