Is there a bug regarding the spatial join in ArcPRO?  We tried to join a table of addresses with a table of zip codes. Below Zip 5 should have zip codes, instead it has zeros just like the ZIP5 column. Has anyone had this happen before? I tried it in Enterprise and it worked using the two same data sets. Very strange. Thank you for any input. Annette

Do you mean an attribute join? ( using common fields between 2 tables)  Spatial joins use the geometry between two files.

No, spatial join was used.  We have points and then the polygon is the zip code shape file.

did you try the files in a file geodatabase rather than shapefiles?

The only issue I can find about "missing" is related to symbology, but since shapefiles don't support nulls (they become 0) it is hard to tell

So try gdb featureclasses rather than shapefiles would be my first suggestion
