In excel, you need to make sure that your date fields are explicitly formatted as dates otherwise they are converted to text.
A missing date might be enough to trigger such a conversion.
Check your windows settings too.
Finally the international date format (YYYY-MM-DD) has distinct advantages over other methods since it is hard to foul up the order.
I exported the excel and selected the dates, right clicked and formatted into mm/dd/yyyy format , got back in ArcGIS pro as excel to table, checked again some dates are changing into dd/mm/yyyy format, what do you mean by explicitly formatted,Thank you for your suggestion
And what are your computer date settings?
Do you mean "some" within a date field? or in some tables? there is a difference.
Did you rule out missing dates as I suggested?
Barring that, screen grabs may help narrow down the issue
Basically i am doing hotspot analysis, I am an emergency physician, new to arcgis pro, learning from you people,And my date may not be continuous, and it is some within date field, all are first 12 days of month,i tried changing date format in excel by exporting again, but the specific dates are not changing in excel also.date format computer

Date fields in Excel can be tricky sometimes and as @DanPatterson mentions if there are blank or null values in your spreadsheet things get even worse. See this post of mine from last year:

Yes it was really tricky , as the date was not continuous, same dates appears frequently , i exported as excel file and grouped the similar dates and change it manually and got back to ArcGIS pro,now it is clean, thank you
